Ingredients
- 500 ml sour milk or Greek yogurt
- 200 g cooked bulgur
- 2 cm fresh horseradish, grated
- Fresh mint leaves, finely chopped (to taste)
- 1 French baguette (or bread of choice)
Preparation
- Cook the bulgur according to instructions and allow it to cool completely.
- In a bowl, combine the cooled bulgur with the sour milk or Greek yogurt.
- Grate the fresh horseradish and finely chop the mint leaves, then mix everything gently.
- Slice the baguette (or preferred bread) and toast until lightly golden.
- Spoon the bulgur mixture over the toasted bread.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a spoonful of bulgur placed in the center, a pinch of freshly grated horseradish, and a few mint leaves on top.
This dish can also be enjoyed without bread, making it a perfect light dinner.
