This complete and healthy meal inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine will fill you up thanks to the fact that it is full of many nutritional values because of the veggie and protein combo that the whole organism needs.
The preparation of the rice is simple and quick, and it is best to use basmati rice. The preparation of rice in the Syrian way is unique because it includes vermicelli in the composition, and in order to get perfect fluffy rice you need a sufficient amount of water and to pay attention to some details in the preparation.

To prepare this meal you need green beans of your choice, green or yellow, beef meat finely chopped into small pieces, tomato sauce and spices.
It is prepared quickly and easily without taking much time.
Start by preparing the meat and green beans sauce, and prepare the rice at the end.
Ingredients for the sauce
500 grams of beef (thinly chopped into small pieces)
300 grams of green beans (you can use frozen)
150 grams of tomato sauce
spices to taste (ground black pepper, red pepper, chili flakes, curry, turmeric, nutmeg, bay leaf)
olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion (medium size)
Finely chop the onion and fry it over low heat until it softens and becomes transparent. Then add the chopped garlic and fry it briefly. Add the chopped meat into small pieces and fry it well together with the spices to taste.
At the end, add the green beans, add the tomato sauce and add water (350ml).
Leave the sauce to boil like this for at least half an hour, after you get a nice and thicker sauce, take it off the heat.
Cover the sauce and finally prepare the rice.
For the rice, use basmati rice and water in a ratio of 1 to 2.

Serve in a large plate with the rice in the middle, and spread the sauce nicely on the side.
