Instructions
- Prepare the sweet potatoes
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into evenly sized cubes. Smaller cubes will roast faster and more evenly. - Season
Place the sweet potato cubes in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, add cumin seeds and salt, then toss well until all pieces are evenly coated. - Roast
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
