You can prepare a tender beef steak in a few minutes by frying it in oil after marinating it in a marinade that will help the meat stay very soft and juicy.
It is necessary to cut it into small pieces along the veins and let it stand in the marinade for at least an hour, or it is best to prepare it in the evening and leave it covered in a container with foil in the refrigerator to stand well overnight. During preparation, you can add chopped green and red pepper and chopped red onion in larger pieces. The preparation and frying of this recipe will not take you more than five minutes with pre-marinating.
When choosing meat, you can use flank steak because it will save you money, and this part of beef can be ideal for preparing this recipe.
Ingredients
500 grams of flank steak
1 tsp of soda bicarbonate
1 tsp of corn starch
2 tsp of water
2 tsp of oil
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
instead of soy and oyster sauce, you can use a spoonful of salt.
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and add the chopped meat. Chop the meat finely in the direction of the veins so that it is soft when eating. Chop it into smaller cubes or pieces and add it to the marinade, massage it to soak the marinade into the meat well, cover it with foil and leave it in the fridge overnight.
Preparation of the Meat
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1/2 red onion
1 spring onion
2 cloves of garlic
2cm ginger chopped
Add the oil to a heated pan and first fry the meat for one to two minutes, but no longer. Add more oil when you frying to make the meat crispy. Remove the meat from the pan and leave it aside. Add the garlic and ginger to the pan, fry for a few seconds, then add the chopped vegetables and fry for one to two minutes. It is best to chop the vegetables into large pieces. Then add the meat and chopped spring onion. You can add sesame oil at the end for unique taste and shine of this dish.
At the end, add sauce prepared previously from
1 tsp of wine
1/2 tsp of white vinegar
1 tsp of honey (sugar)
1/2 tsp of corn starch
2 tsp of water
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp of chili sauce
Mix the water and corn starch and then add the rest of the ingredients. Add this sauce to the meat with vegetables in the pan, mix briefly and serve on a plate. The sauce will bring all the flavors together nicely and give a nice thickness to the meat and vegetable juices.
At the end, sprinkle with chives or spring onions, and if you prefer you can also add dry chili peppers.
