A sugar-free dessert perfect for anyone watching calories or looking for a healthy post-workout treat. This homemade pudding is creamy, delicious, and much healthier than store-bought versions.

Ingredients

  • 30–40 grams Iso Sensation Protein (cookies ‘n’ cream or your favorite flavor)
  • 200 ml milk (almond, oat, coconut, or regular milk)
  • 1 tsp gelatin powder (or agar-agar for vegan version)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (optional, for chocolate flavor)
  • Optional toppings: dark chocolate, fresh fruit, almond flakes, integral fluffy rice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gelatin: Dissolve gelatin in 2–3 tbsp cold milk and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the milk: Warm the remaining milk in a small saucepan, but do not boil.
  3. Mix in protein: Stir in the protein powder and bloomed gelatin with the warm milk. Add cocoa if you want chocolate flavor. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Serve: Pour into small cups or bowls and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
  5. Decorate: Before serving, top with fresh fruit, toppings by choice, or a drizzle of honey if desired.

Tip: You can double the recipe and store in the fridge for up to 2–3 days covered.
