The soft inside of the baguette is removed to create space for the filling, making it both delicious and visually impressive.

Ingredients
- 2 baguette pieces
- 2 slices of ham (or bacon)
- 2 slices of soft cheese (brie or similar)
- 2 eggs (organic or cold from the fridge to keep the yolk runny)
- A little butter for brushing
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Place each baguette piece on a serving plate.
- Remove half of the soft interior to create space for the filling.
- Add a slice of ham and a thin slice of brie inside.
- Carefully add one whole egg on top, letting it cover the surface.
- Brush the crust with a little butter to make it crispy and soft.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the egg is set to your liking.
- Serve warm and enjoy a portion that looks restaurant-worthy.

Tip: You can also combine bacon or cheese of your choice.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy the flavor.
