Thinly sliced mortadella, Milk spread or called Kajmak is 94 % pasteurized milk delicious and healthy option for many spreads, Macedonian Ajvar (red paprika spread)and green arugula salad.

Ingredients
1 ciabatta bun
1 tablespoon of milk spread-kajmak
1 spoon of ajvar
4 pieces of mortadella
handful of arugula salad
Cut the bread in half and spread it with kajmak, then with ajvar.
On top of them, add the thinly chopped pieces of mortadella and a handful of green salad-arugula.
Close the sandwich and enjoy the tasting.
If you are preparing for a picnic or to travel else were, I recommend wrapping this sandwiches in plastic wrap to keep them soft.
If you are not a fan of mortadella, you can replace it with pieces of thinly chopped prosciutto, if desired.
