 Low carb breakfast, fast solution if you need to satisfy your appetite in the next few hours.

All you need is egg whites and oats. Walnuts, poppy seeds and yogurt are optional, but will give lovely taste if you include.

Since I started to going in the gym more often, many advices of my sister help me to combine meals better in order to loose weight and to shape my body. And this healthy breakfast is her recipe that we like to share with you.

Preparation

Whisk five egg whites with hand mixer until firm.
Add one tbsp poppy seeds and three tbsp oats.
Mix with the hand mixer until all is well combine.
You are ready for baking.

Baking

In a pan on low medium heat add olive oil and add half of the mixture on one side and half on the other side.
Shape as big fluffy pancake and bake for two minutes.
When is ready turn with spatula and bake from the other side for two more minutes.
Transfer to plate and cover with cold yogurt (low fat) or kefir.
Topped poppy seeds and walnuts.
Dip every piece in the yogurt and enjoy!
