Rich source of protein, low in calorie, snails dish can be prefect if you are on diet. Snails meat need short time for cooking, and if you decide to prepare them, best way is to find already cleaned and frozen. It will be easy for you.
Take snails out of refrigerator before cooking and leave them on room temperature for 15 minutes.
In meanwhile you can prepare risotto dish with spinach.
Best way to cook frozen snails is to use wok pan.
Add olive oil into wok pan on hight heat and add snails until they are still frozen.
We served this traditional dish with yogurt!
