Gluten-free crispy buckwheat bread made from several healthy flours has a colorful and crunchy structure with chopped walnuts and a wonderful aroma of chickpeas.

It contains psyllium in its composition, which helps the digestive system to work properly, and thus helps in the weight loss process.
When consuming this bread, you need to drink enough water.
Ingredients
300 grams of buckwheat flour
100 grams of chickpea flour
100 grams of rice flour
100 grams of chopped walnuts
150 ml of sparkling water
500 ml of lukewarm water
30 ml of olive oil
2 tbsp of psyllium
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of baking soda
Preparation
Add all the flours to a bowl, chop the walnuts and add them together with dry ingredients as salt, psyllium and baking soda to the flour. Mix everything well and add the sparkling water, olive oil and lukewarm water.
With a wooden spoon, mix all the ingredients until smooth and combine then transfer the mixture to a baking pan.
Cover with a cloth and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Bake at 200 degrees for exactly 45 minutes.
When warm, this bread is brittle, so when you take it out of the oven it has to cooled first.
