Yeast-free buckwheat bread can be a lovely choice if you can include in your healthy diet. This delicious bread cleanses your body, and thanks to the psyllium as a substitute of yeast, it can speeds up metabolism and helps your digestive system work properly so you can lose weight at the same time.
This bread is no knead, just mixing all the ingredients with a wooden spoon, and let it rest covered for 30 minutes before baking.
When you consume this bread it is better if you drink more water.
Reason more to prepare this recipe is for the amazing aroma that comes from chickpeas flour and walnuts. I prefer chopped walnuts because it gives beautiful structure when cuts from the inside, but if you like you can grind walnuts.
One more thing I want to share with you, is flour mixture many times I prepare at home by blending whole grains of chickpeas, rice and buckwheat and sifting before use. You can also prepare this mixture with right measurements and keep in the fridge for when you need.
Easy and healthy recipe!
