Ingredients
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 20 dates
Instructions
- Blend the tahini, cocoa powder, and dates until smooth (about 2 minutes).
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour to make rolling easier.
- Wet your fingers slightly, then shape the mixture into small balls.
- Roll in cocoa powder for dark chocolate balls, or beetroot powder for pink ones.
- Store in the fridge; enjoy as a healthy snack anytime!
