Directions

A cake with an uneven surface layer that resembles cobblestones, complemented by the taste of an old-fashioned cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and turned into a truly delicious hot-cold dessert.
You need a few simple ingredients and fresh seasonal wild blackberries, and you can use a 250 ml cup as a measure.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
Mix the dry ingredients with a whisk until smooth and add
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
The dough is slightly thicker than pancake batter.
Add 120 grams of melted butter to a baking pan and pour the prepared dough over it. Mix the two mixtures with a spatula in a marble pattern and finally distribute the fresh blackberries over the surface.
Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
After 30 minutes of baking, sprinkle the cake with a little brown sugar and white sugar and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
Check the center of the cake before removing it from the oven.
Serve a warm slice of cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh mint leaves.
