- 100 g pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/3 tsp ginger powder
- 600 ml water
How to Make It
- Soak: Cover seeds with water and leave overnight to soften.
- Rinse: In the morning, wash under cold water and drain.
- Blend: Add seeds, turmeric, ginger, and 600 ml water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain: Pour through gauze or a kitchen towel for a silky drink.

How to Drink
- Drink 150 ml every morning on an empty stomach for 7–10 days.
- Take a break after this period, then repeat if you like.
