Pine syrup is a magical natural remedy that strengthens immunity, rich in vitamins C and A, cleanses and beautifies the skin, supports hair health, and improves mood. 
This traditional syrup is made only from pine needles and honey or sugar, without water, and requires 40 days to prepare. 
It’s excellent for respiratory problems, allergies, depression, and as an antioxidant.
Store in the fridge and use whenever needed.
Ingredients – for 1 jar (~1 kg syrup)
- 300–350 g fresh pine needles (pine tips in the spring)
- 700–750 g honey or sugar
(Approximate ratio: 1 part needles : 2 parts honey/sugar)
Instructions
- Clean and wash the pine needles thoroughly.
- Take a clean jar (~1 liter). Place a layer of pine needles at the bottom, then cover with honey or sugar.
- Repeat layers: needles – honey/sugar until the jar is full.
- Close the jar and leave in the sun for 40 days, gently shaking occasionally to mix the ingredients.
- After 40 days, strain the syrup into a clean container and store in the fridge.
Tip: For stronger flavor, use fresh young pine needles. The honey or sugar extracts the juice from the needles, creating a concentrated vitamin-rich syrup.
