Meat from snails is known as one of the healthiest meats because is low in fats and so rich in proteins.
Also is known by many healthy benefits for individuals in sport, or this meat can help if you want to get in perfect body shape and loose weight.
Combined with cooked rice can be full meal as lunch.
This meatballs are traditional macedonian recipe that my grandmother was making for me and other grandchildren’s when we visit here home for summer holiday’s.

Snail meat cookingFor this recipe is better if you can find cleaned and frozen meat of snails because is ready for cooking and much easier. Before cooking take the meat from the fridge 15 minutes earlier and leave on room temperature. |
