Best way to make creamy hummus, with amazing flavor and color is to prepare overnight and to boil enough time until soften beens. One of the healthiest meals perfect as snack has most benefits if is homemade. Chickpeas can be find on green markets for good price few times cheaper than the one we buy, and if you are hummus lover this will save money on long term.

I suggest hummus in tree way’s depending of which taste you prefer :

Standard, Beetroot and Pikant.

Beetroot Hummus!

Clean carefully chickpeas in cold water few times, or at least tree times, and leave in cold water over night or at least one hour if you don't have much time.
Next day bring to a boil chickpeas and cook them from 60 to 90 minutes to soften the grains nicely.
Until boiling clean the foam from the top with the spoon.
When chickpeas are ready you can start with blending.

Beetroot Hummus
2 cups of chickpeas
5 slieces of boiled beetroot
2 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp sea salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 clove garlic
Half cup of chickpeas boiling water

Blend it together untill smooth, topped with few chickpeas and sesame seeds.

Pikant Hummus!

Pikant Hummus
2 cups of chickpeas
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp tahini
1 fresh red pepper and half chili pepper
1 clove garlic
Pinch of black pepper
Half cup of chickpeas boiling water

Blend it untill smooth and served with chickpeas beans and chilli slices.
