🧆 Crispy Tortilla Chips
📝 Ingredients
- 4 tortillas (wheat or corn)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or other oil of choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (or chili to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon curry or onion powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

🥣 Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Cut the tortillas into triangles (like chips).
- In a large bowl, mix the triangles with the oil and spices.
- Arrange them evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until they turn golden and crispy. Keep a close eye at the end so they don’t burn!
- Remove and let them cool for 5 minutes – they’ll get even crispier as they cool.

✅ Tips:
- You can add grated Parmesan before baking for extra flavor.
- These make a great healthy snack alternative – pair them with arugula pesto, guacamole, salsa, or a yogurt dip.
