The blue plum is a super fruit for health and energy, a natural medicine, and a high-quality food that is rich in minerals and vitamins, but did you know that the dried plum is far ahead of dried figs, dates, grapes and apricots, due to its strong antioxidant power, so if you consume them in the morning you can have a more productive and energetic morning.
Inspired by chocolate candies that I received as a gift from Ukraine, I decided to share a healthy snack from this fruit with a crunchy interior, covered in dark chocolate.
Ingredients
15 dried blue plums (one package)
15 walnuts (halves)
100 grams dark chocolate
Preparation
Cut the plums on one side and open them. Place a walnut half in each plum, close and dip it in the melted dark chocolate.
You can use two small spoons to easily remove the excess chocolate.
Arrange the chocolate candies on baking paper and after 10 minutes in the refrigerator they are ready to be tasted. You can serve each snack in small paper baskets.
