Ingredients
- 200 ml carrot juice
- 200 ml beetroot juice
- 2–3 green apples (Golden Delicious recommended)
- 2 kiwis
- 1 lemon
Preparation
- Wash and prepare all fruits.
- Juice the apples, kiwis, carrots, and beets.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice at the end to preserve freshness and color.
- Stir gently and serve immediately.

2. VITAMIN INJECTION JUICE – Your Morning Boost
This blend is your quick “vitamin shot” in a glass — bright, citrusy, and instantly awakening.

Ingredients
- 200 ml carrot juice
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 green apple
- A pinch of cloves
Preparation
- Juice the carrots, apple, and orange.
- Add freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Sprinkle a tiny pinch of cloves for warmth and aroma.
