Many times we don’t have enough time to bake cake and we need fast solution for delicious cake for more people after nice meal. Espresso with whipped cream, biscuit and walnuts topped with pieces of dark chocolate can bring all flavors to dessert that everybody would love it.
Start with preparation of whipped cream. Soak eight biscuits in milk with espresso, one by one and arrange in serving plate. Cover them with whipped cream, sprinkle with walnuts. Repeat the same with the second layer and third one. At the end finish with dark chocolate and sprinkle one tbsp espresso.
Leave in the fridge for two hours for biscuits to soften and serve. If you are making this cake for kids be careful how much espresso you use.
