2 sweet potatoes

Wash the potatoes well with some water and dry them with a towel or kitchen paper. With the fork make holes in several places over the skin. This procedure is important so that your potatoes do not crack and explode in the oven while baking. Coat them all over with olive oil and add them in the oven. Bake them at 180 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Serve them on a plate. Cut with the knife in the middle and while they are still hot add a small cube of butter, season with a little black pepper, salt and decorate with fresh thyme leaves.
