Soft traditional cookies with toasted almonds that simply melts in your mouth.
Irresistible delicious with crunchiness in every bite and amazing aroma of vanilla, perfect in the morning with tea or coffee.
By original recipe of my grand mother this cookies called “Gurabii” are perfect for Christmas and New Years Holidays.
In this recipe im using butter instead of lard, but if you like you can use same amount of lard. From time to time im preparing this cookies with lard in loving memories of my grand mother, but choice is yours.
For shaping you need mold or you can use small cup if you like to get half moon shape.
Easy preparation and from one dose you will have two pans of cookies for many guests.

PreparationPrepare powdered sugar for the cookies so when you will get them from the oven you need to add them until they are still warm. Im preparing my own powdered sugar at home from grounded sugar and always start with his preparation, but if you have powered it will be easier for you. |
