Sweet Refreshing arugula salad perfect in plums season.

Sweetness from the plums and bitter flavor from arugula are perfect combination together, developed with honey and balsamic vinegar.

Topped with almond leaves, parmesan and puffed grains.

Lemon zest and fresh lemon juice is optional.

Salad perfect for dinner !

Chopping and Preparation !

Choose four nice and sweet plums and chopped into eights.
On serving plate add leaves of cleaned arugula and add plums pieces.
Prepare dressing from one tbsp of raw honey, 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
Topped the salad with the dressing and sprinkle with almond leaves and whole puffed grains.
Lemon zest with lemon juice is optional.
Low calorie salad ideal for the evenings!
