Snails offer low calorie source of protein which is required for repairing and building muscles, and also have strong aphrodisiac properties. In some places is called white caviar.
For this recipe you need snail shell ( 18 shells for tree servings ).
First you need to prepare snails in wok pan in olive oil, onion garlic and spices.
Unsalted butter on room temperature mix with chopped leaves fresh parsley and add in the fridge to tighten.
In meanwhile get ready snail meat. In every shell add one cooked snail with small fork. Other part of the shell fill with the butter filling. Add all shells in baking pan and be careful to turn every shell upwards so the filling will not run out when butter will melt.
Preheat the oven to 150 °C/300°F and bake 10 to 15 minutes, until butter is melted.
Prepare baguette bread with butter and spices in the oven.
You need a small fork to take out the snail from the shell.
