Summer day’s are coming and this can be refreshing combination when it’s hot outside.

Rice paper can be perfect healthy snack when you fry in olive oil. It’s fast rising from thin paper to lovely unique shapes.

Infectious speciality with so much crunchiness, amazing snack combined with cold beer with  your friend’s and family.

Cut Rice Paper

Cut four pieces rice paper into eights or half, You can give shape as you like.
You can cut paper with kitchen scissors easier and faster.
Now you are ready for frying.

Prepaire two sticks or kitchen pliers for easier taking finished pieces from the oil.
Add olive oil in pan and wait until oil is ready on high heat temperature, because when you will add rice paper in the oil it will be ready in two second.
You can try with small piece if is ready.
Be careful not to burnt them, in two seconds paper will rice, take out and leave on kitchen paper.
Be gentle because they are brittle.

Transfer in serving plate and season with pinch of salt and your favorite spices.
Cold beer is perfect drink combination for this snack.
