3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
100 grams + 50 grams peanut butter base / filling
100 grams Sweetener Marple syrup/honey
1/2 tsp sea salt
cup Dates
1 dose protein cookies n cream/vanilla(white)
200 grams Dark Chocolate

 Low calorie and sugar free dessert in any time of the day. If you are on diet and also like peanut butter then this bars will be real healthy snack. Soaked dates in combination with peanut butter and protein are perfect combination for filling.

Oats base with healthy sweetener and cocoa powder will give deliciousness to this chocolate bars with smooth filling that melt in your mouth.

Base Blending

Start with preparing base. Add in blender 65 grams(cup) oats with 3 tbsp cocoa powder, 100 grams peanut butter, 100 grams sweetener(Marple syrup) or you can use honey or agave and sea salt.
Blend all ingredients until combine.
Transfer in mold on baking paper and press on the top with glass to make rectangular shape and smooth surface.

Filling blending

Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes. Then add dates in blender with 50 grams peanut butter and one dose protein. Im using iso sensation protein Cookies n Cream. It will be nice if you can use white one to keep nice color of the filling, or if you prefer chocolate it will be nice dark feeling in the inside. Blend all ingredients and distribute over the base surface.
Leave in fridge to tighten.
After one hour take from the fridge and cut in 16 pieces.
Melt dark chocolate and cover every bar on top. Leave for ten minutes before degustation.
Delicious protein dessert, gluten free.
Keep in the fridge !
