Freezing and Blending

Cut one banana into slices and 6 till 8 strawberries medium size, and freeze in the fridge over night, or at least one hour before preparation. Add into the blender frozen fruit and coconut oil. Also add almond milk enough to help blender to start with blending. Finish blending when you get creamy structure and all fruit is blended.
Transfer to a coconut bowl and decorate with pop seeds and fresh acacia flowers in the season.
Enjoy in this cold nice cream in hot days.
