Mulled Vine with frozen sour Cherries and honey, remedy and delicious drink in same time, perfect for winter cold days to speed up your circulation and warm you up.
Tablespoons of honey and grape honey as healthy sweeteners will give a slight note of softness that will be perfectly complemented by the sourness of the cherries.
When you are preparing mulled vine you don’t need to use expensive vine, instead cheap dry red vine will give lovely result because all the spices will give aromatic touch and your taste will be satisfied.
Recipe –
For two servings:
– 6 orange slices (two at the end for serving glasess)
– 3 anis star
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 1 tbsp ginger powder
– 1 tbsp cloves powder
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tbsp grape honey
– 3 cups of dry red vine
Add all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil, then cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
For serving add per 1 orange slice in every glass and 1 tbsp grape honey then pour with hot vine.
