Directions
Grilled zucchini salad is healthy, rich in proteins with crunchiness and smoked flavors.
For the base of this salad are used two small zucchini and red roasted peppers.
Cut zucchini in different shapes coat them with olive oil and prepare on grill from both sides.
Grill red pepper or use roasted one from the jar. Cut in long slices and mix with the grilled zucchini.
Add cottage cheese because is rich in protein and great for diet.
As last thing prepare dressing from two cloves chopped fresh garlic, parsley leaves, olive oil, vinegar and sea salt.
Finish with basil leaves and roasted almonds for crunchiness.
