This low fat meal is rich in protein because of cottage cheese.

It will make you feel full for few hours and will help you in loosing your weight in same time.

If you have are athlete or gym lover, or have exhausting trainings this is perfect and tasty meal or late dinner without worries.

Boiling eggs and preparation !

Five eggs need to boil for ten minutes, because we need hard and well cooked egg whites.
When they are cooked let them to cool completly or pour in cold water.
Cut every egg into half, be careful until cutting because they need to stay whole and to have nice shape.
Clean every egg yolk and take out because we need only egg whites.

Filling halfs

Cottage cheese need to be on room temperature to be soften.
With spoon fill every half with cottage cheese, carefully not to broke the whites.

Decoration with seeds !

Use mix of seeds as pimpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, popy seeds and chia seeds.
Just sprinkle for crunchiness.
Eat healthy and stay healthy !
