If you don’t have much experience in the kitchen, but you want to prepare a delicious dessert or breakfast at the same time, in just a few minutes, then I recommend these gluten-free pancakes with only 3 ingredients.
Easy, quick, and can stay fresh in the fridge for up to a few days, while maintaining their flavor and texture.
Ingredients
65 grams of rolled oats (1 cup)
1 banana
1 egg
vanilla extract
1 tbsp of olive oil (for pan coating )
toasted nuts for sprinkling (pistachios)
100 grams of protein cocoa cream
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for two minutes, until you get a smooth texture. If you prefer a rustic look, blend less or only a few rounds.
Prepare a pan and add one tablespoon of olive oil.
Bake at medium-moderate temperature so that they don’t burn and have a nice texture inside.
Add one dumpling to the pan and bake for two minutes on each side.
Be careful not to add too much mixture so they will be too big and brittle.
Serve them on a plate and add protein cocoa cream in the middle. Sprinkle with toasted nuts (pistachios).
