Sugar free dessert, great choice if you count your calories, or you’re athlete or gym lover who use protein every day. This pudding can be nice change and it can find place into your fridge.

For this recipe i use Iso Sensation Protein (Cookies ‘n’ Cream), because is one of my favorite and I can combine with cocoa powder when I want chocolate flavor, but you can use your favorite flavor.

 

This homemade pudding has amazing structure and is much better from the one you will buy in the supermarkets, because is more healthy version.

All you need is dose of protein, gelatin and your favorite milk.

Preparation

Prepare two glasses for two different flavors. One package of gelatin usually is from 8grams or 10 grams, and one is enough for two desserts of pudding. Dissolve gelatin with six tbsp of cold water and live it for 10 minutes.
In mean while mix one dose of protein with one tbsp cocoa powder for the chocolate flavor, and for the second one you can use only protein. In both flavors add milk( almond, vanilla, oats or what you use) and shake the protein. Pour into the serving glasses more than half (2/3). After ten minutes gelatin is ready and add on low medium heat short time until is dissolved to liquid. Divide into half in both glasses, stir with spoon and add in the fridge for at least one hour or at night. Depending of which protein you use, you can add vanilla extract before you add gelatin.
Topped with peanut butter or no sugar cream.
Decorate with dark chocolate, puffed rice or nuts.
Enjoy in pudding without feeling of quilt!
