Sugar free dessert, great choice if you count your calories, or you’re athlete or gym lover who use protein every day. This pudding can be nice change and it can find place into your fridge.
For this recipe i use Iso Sensation Protein (Cookies ‘n’ Cream), because is one of my favorite and I can combine with cocoa powder when I want chocolate flavor, but you can use your favorite flavor.
This homemade pudding has amazing structure and is much better from the one you will buy in the supermarkets, because is more healthy version.
All you need is dose of protein, gelatin and your favorite milk.

PreparationPrepare two glasses for two different flavors. One package of gelatin usually is from 8grams or 10 grams, and one is enough for two desserts of pudding. Dissolve gelatin with six tbsp of cold water and live it for 10 minutes. |
