So tempting garlic Dip that boost your immunity is traditional recipe called “Ohridsko Makalo”, from region of Ohrid, and is known also as garlic mayonnais. With silky structure and lovely pearl white color and unique taste.

Only few ingredients, starting with fresh lemon juice, garlic cloves, olive oil and sea salt and you need around 30 minutes from your time to get perfect structure with strong aroma.

This garlic dip goes well with fish, beef meals or on the top of roasted bruschetta for morning breakfast.

Preparation - Blending

Clean well two (2) fresh garlic cloves. Add them into a deep jar with the sea salt and fresh lemon juice.
Blend all ingredients until smooth and all combine. Add 2 tbs olive oil and mix again.
In the next 20 minutes add spoon by spoon from olive oil and blend it again.
Mix until you get silky structure with pearl color.
