Homemade chicken sandwich can be so delicious and juicy meal ready in short time. The meat for this patties is from chicken breast and it needs to be minced. When you buy chicken breasts in the butcher shop, you can ask breasts to be ground or you can ground at home, using a blender as well.
For extra flavor you will need an egg yolk, milk, bread crumbs and spices to taste or you can follow my spices as a recommendation.
You will need breadcrumbs and beaten eggs for smearing before frying patties.
One thing I like about this patties is that they can be prepared, frizzed and used when is needed.

Ingredients
500 grams of ground chicken breast
1 yolk
40 ml milk
25 grams bread crumbs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1 liter of chili flakes
1 tsp of dried celery
breadcrumbs for smearing
scrambled eggs for smearing
burger buns
mayonnaise sauce
lettuce leaves
cooking oil
Preparation
Add the meat and other ingredients to a bowl, mix well to combine the mixture and divide it into 4 to 6 parts, depending on the size of the sandwiches you prefer, form a ball and press them. Dip each pattiies in beaten eggs then in breadcrumbs.
Heat the cooking oil and when it is hot enough, fry them on medium high heat. Fry each side for three minutes and do not turn them while they are frying. Drain the excess oil on paper.
Add the burger buns in a pan with a little butter, and leave them until golden on the inside, than cover each half with mayonnaise sauce.
Ingredients for the mayonnaise sauce
1 egg
1 garlic clove
1,1/2 tsp mustard
1,1/5 tsp white vinegar
cup of oil
chili flakes by choice
salt by taste
Add lettuce leaves or vegetables of choice and enjoy the flavors.
