Directions
The beauty of this homemade chips is that is perfect and healthy specially for your kids. You can vary with low fat yogurt with fresh herbs like parsley that work really well, add lemon zest and chopped one clove garlic – delicious!
Prepare one zucchini into thin slices and add salt from both sides on every piece. Leave on the kitchen paper for 15 minutes to drain from the juice. Get yourself all purpose flour and add every piece of zucchini into the flour from both sides.
Prepare pan with olive oil and cook pieces on low medium heat until they became crispy. Use kitchen paper to drain the rest of oil before serving.
