For this salad you’ll need a selection of fresh season green leaves from lettuce, spinach, valerian, celery leaves, mix of seeds, chopped strawberries and cottage cheese.

You’ll also need few ingredients for a dressing like tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, strawberry jam, apple vinegar, salt and pepper.

Give to the green leaves a good cold wash in cold water and dry on towel or kitchen paper.

Mix all leaves and pieces green salad.
In small jar prepare the dressing. Add tahini, lemon juice, strawberry jam, olive oil, apple vinegar, salt, black pepper and mix well all ingredint's.
Cover green leaves with pieces of cottage cheese and chopped strawberries.
Topped with the dressing and sprinkle with mix of seeds by your choice.
Fast preparation, rich in protein and great if you are on diet.
