If you don’t have much experience in the kitchen, but you want some deliciousness prepared in few minutes, then this gluten free pancakes are ideal for you, because you need only 3 ingredient’s and you can include in your diet.

Easy, fast and stay fresh in fridge for few day’s with same flavor and structure.

All you need is blender, one banana, oatmeals and one egg. Sugar free cocoa cream will combine perfect with pistachios on the top. Follow preparation below.

Blending

Add ingredients in blender and blend until smooth structure. If you prefer more rustic look, blend only few circles.
For more smooth structure blend well, two minutes will be enough. Vanilla extract is optional.

Baking

Prepare pan and add one tbsp olive oil, low medium heat is perfect for baking. If temperature is high they will burn and will not be perfect structure in the inside.
With kitchen pump take from the mix, only one pimp and add in the pan.
Bake on both side for two minutes.
Be careful with the size of pancakes, if they are too large they will broke and will be more difficult to turn.
Add on serving plate one by one, in the middle add cocoa cream you prefer and topped with toasted pistachios for crunchiness.
