100 grams chickpeas flour
100 grams walnuts chopped
100 grams rice flour
500 ml sparkling water
150 ml Luke warm water
30 ml olive oil
2 tbsp psyllium
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp baking soda

Mix all dry ingredients well, then pour sparkling water and Luke warm water.
Mix with wooden spoon until all is well combine and cover with towel.
Leave on room temperature 30 minutes.

45 minutes

Baking !

After 30 minutes transfer the mix in baking mold and bake on 200 celsius exactly 45.
When you consume this bread it will be great if you can drink more water trough the day.
