Moist and delicious dark chocolate covered cake with creaminess from the inside.

Healthy ingredient’s which will satisfy your desire for sweet pleasure

Healthy tahini will combine healthy and sweet dates with cocoa powder and Dark Rum will be the final strong touch for perfect aroma and taste.

Preparation

Add in blender all ingredients and mix to well combined and get smooth structure.
On baking paper sift cocoa powder and add the heart mold. Mixture for this cake is moist and sticky and to avoid difficulties is best if you add cocoa powder on the bottom. Then filled mold with mixture and leave in fridge for 15 minutes to tighten.
In meanwhile melt dark chocolate.
Transfer the cake on baking paper and cover completely with the melted chocolate.
Decorate with viola flowers (washed and well cleaned).
Leave in the fridge for ten minutes and serve !
