If you are looking for a simple recipe that includes pickles that you can prepare at the end of the season, then this old traditional Macedonian recipe may surprise you with its taste.
I believe it came from the practicality of our grandmothers to use the food, and I first tried it prepared by my father who prepared it the same way as his mother.
The sour taste complemented by a few simple spices make this dish very tasty, that makes you hungry and fills you up at the same time, and it is very nutritious from the variety of vegetables.

To prepare this dish you need
1 jar of pickles
3 to 4 dry peppers (can be spicy to taste)
1 tbsp mixture of spices (red pepper, savory herb, gala nuts, salt)
2 tbsp of olive oil
You can use a variety of pickles, green tomatoes, melons, embroidered peppers, gherkins pickles or other by taste. Finely chop the pickled vegetables into small pieces and add to a pan with olive oil. You can also use lard of choice. Fry the pickles over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until pieces softens nicely, about twenty minutes. At the end, crush dry peppers and add one tbsp of spice mixture and fry for a few more minutes.
