Lovely and fluffy bread buns that can be prepared in one hour.

Without eggs, without milk and still have a soft airy structure from the inside.

These buns are great as a homemade hamburger buns or if you shape them into an oblong shape, they are also good for hot dog buns too.

The dough is soft, with short kneading and rises quickly during preparation, and the time required for rising is twice for 20 minutes.

Dough Preparation !

Start with yeast preparation. In a small bowl add the lukewarm water, sugar and fresh yeast, and mix with a wooden spoon few seconds until sugar dissolved. If you use dry yeast then use less twice as much as fresh yeast.
For this recipe you need 20 grams of fresh yeast or 10 grams of dry yeast, the choice is yours.
In a large bowl add the sifted flour and mix with the salt.
Then add the lukewarm water with the yeast, oil and melted butter. Mix with spoon until all combine to a dough.
Apply a little oil on a kitchen table because the dough is a little sticky so it can be kneaded more easily. Knead the dough for a few minutes (about 5 minutes) and add in the bowl.
Cover it with a kitchen towel and leave at room temperature for 20 minutes.
After twenty minutes, kneaded it again for another 2 minutes, coated with oil and leave it in the bowl for another 20 minutes at room temperature covered.

After the second resting, divide the dough into 8 equal pieces or depending on the size of the buns you prefer
Coat your hands with oil and shape each piece into a ball.
Arrange them in a pre-coated pan with oil.
When done, cover with a kitchen towel and let them rise for 40 minutes before baking.
Depending on the room temperature, it may take up to an hour for them to rise well.

Baking

Before baking, coat the bread buns with beaten egg white on the surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
If desired, you can sprinkle them with flaxseed, black seed, poppy seeds or leave them without seeds if you want simple buns.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
After taking them out of the oven, coat them with oil or a little butter.
