Directions
Lovely and fluffy bread buns that can be prepared in one hour.
Without eggs, without milk and still have a soft airy structure from the inside.
These buns are great as a homemade hamburger buns or if you shape them into an oblong shape, they are also good for hot dog buns too.
The dough is soft, with short kneading and rises quickly during preparation, and the time required for rising is twice for 20 minutes.

Dough Preparation !Start with yeast preparation. In a small bowl add the lukewarm water, sugar and fresh yeast, and mix with a wooden spoon few seconds until sugar dissolved.
