300 grams grind biscuit plasma/biscuit by choice
100 grams protein powder or powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
100 grams dark chocolate for the mixture
100 grams butter for the mixture
2-3 tbsp dark rum
150 grams dark chocolate to cover every bar

Homemade Chocolate Rum bars which will delight you with their taste.

Topped with dark chocolate, soft on the inside with a wonderful aroma of rum.

You can make them in two variants, with protein powder (without sugar) or with powdered sugar, the choice is yours.

Potato base, ground biscuits or ground plasma and cocoa powder are easy and simple ingredients which end in a delicious dessert.

Sixty bars come out of one dose that you can store in the fridge for many days.

I highly recommend this delicious dessert because of the taste that will surprise you.

If you want to reduce sugar you can use sugar free biscuit and protein powder, instead of powdered sugar and plasma biscuit.

Preparation

Boil one medium-sized potato or two smaller of 300 grams.
Mash the potatoes and add the remaining dry ingredients cocoa powder, protein powder / powdered sugar and ground plasma biscuit.
You can use biscuits of your choice and grind them well.
Melt one chocolate with the butter, and add it into the mixture.
Mix the whole mixture to combine the ingredients well.
Once you get a nice smooth mixture, leave it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Transfer it to baking paper and roll it out into a rectangular shape.
You can divide the mixture into two parts to make it easier.
When the thickness of the mixture is 3-4 mm, cut it into thin rectangular shapes as bars.
You will get about 60 bars from the whole mixture.
Separate them well from each other to apply easier the chocolate at the end.
Before you cover with chocolate leave them for 5 minutes in the fridge.
Coat each bar with melted chocolate.
To make it easier and for you to have more control, coat them with a silicone egg brush.
After finishing on one side, leave them in the fridge for 10 minutes to harden the chocolate, then turn them over and apply on the other side and cover all sides.
Once you try these chocolate rum bars I believe they will become one of your favorite desserts and snacks, and you will have them in good quantity.
