Cutting potatoes is really important to have soft structure from the inside and crispiness from the outside.

PreparationPill and clean well four potatoes medium size. Every potato cut on the long side into three pieces and each piece cut to thickness of one centimetar. Remove the ends for better shape, and prepare them at the end, separately from bigger pieces because they will fried faster and can be burnt. |

FryingFrying is best if is made in fryer, but also can be made in a pan too. Add one piece to try if the oil is ready. Depending of your pan or fryer, fry half of potatoes for 5 minutes and then carefully transfer them on a kitchen paper. |
