Directions
Crispy and juicy patties into a a chicken burger, made from ground chicken breast with burger buns and lettuce leaves, is definitely fresher and tastier than the one in the sandwich shop.
For the overall taste of this meal, I suggest you prepare soft burger buns according to the recipe in this post below.
Ingredients
500 grams of ground chicken breast
1 egg yolk
40 ml milk
25 grams bread crumbs
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/3 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp dried celery
200 grams breadcrumbs (for coating)
3 beaten eggs (for coating)
4 burger buns
mayonnaise sauce (recipe below)
4 lettuce leaves
cooking oil for frying
Preparation
Add the meat and spices to a bowl, mix with your hands to combine into a nice and soft mixture and divide into 4 parts, shape into a ball than press into a patties shape. Coat in the beaten eggs, then in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the patties in heated oil at medium-moderate temperature for three minutes, each side, only turning once. Place the prepared patties on paper to drain excess oil, then brush the burger buns with butter and toast them in a pan. Prepare a delicious mayo sauce.
Mayonnaise Sauce
1 egg
1 clove of garlic,
1.1/5 tbsp mustard
1.1/5 tsp white vinegar
1 cup oil
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chili flakes.
Blend all ingredients with a blender until smooth. Spread a tablespoon of sauce in the middle of the bun, add fresh lettuce and cover with a chicken patties.
