Directions
A delicious protein salad made from chicken breasts and pasta a quick creamy salad, easy to prepare, that can be stored in the refrigerator and served as needed without rushing.
The decoration of pomegranate seeds and grated parmesan cheese can additionally beautify this salad and make it unique impression on your holiday table.
To prepare this salad, I recommend using small pieces pasta that will blend in with the other ingredients well, so the chicken meat that you can use can be chicken breast or chicken legs, cut into smaller pieces.

For a base combination of all flavors, you can use sour cream or greek yogurt with the fat content of your choice.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (boiled and cut into small pieces)
400 grams sour cream (greek yogurt 2 packages)
1 cup cooked pasta (200 ml cup)
grated zest of 1/2 lemon
3 carrots (cooked or pickled)
4 gherkins (pickled)
1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen)
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp dried cranberries
For garnish
pomegranate seeds
30 grams grated parmesan cheese
fresh chopped dill

Preparation
Boil the pasta and let it cool completely before adding it to the salad.
In a bowl, add the sour cream/yogurt, grated lemon zest, one tablespoon of dried cranberries and one tablespoon of chopped dill.
Mix and add the remaining ingredients, boiled chicken in small pieces, caned corn, chopped carrot(cubes) and chopped gherkins (cubes).
Mix all the ingredients well to get equal flavors and compactness of the mixture and serve. You can use a bottomless cake ring for easy serving, press well after spreading the salad in it and let it cool or at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Decorate before serving with grated parmesan cheese on the top in the middle part, do not cover the edges with cheese so that the dill and pomegranate seeds stick more easily.
A snow-covered layer of grated cheese in the middle and green edges of chopped dill with pomegranate seeds will really enhance this delicious creamy salad that you will delight your loved ones with.
Enjoy your meal!
Cheers
