Healthy bread breakfast in the morning combined with honey and walnuts.

No yeast, so if you have stomach ache this recipe is for you.

Bread preparation

Add Luke warm water in flour and mix with pinch of salt.
When the dough is mixed and smooth, let it rest on room temperature for ten minutes.
When is ready divide in 4-5 pieces and roll out the dough with rolling pin.

Baking and Serving

Bake every bread in pan on high heat from both sides.
Since you finish cover breads to stay soft.
Add walnuts and fresh mint leaves and topped with honey.
