Directions
A delicious roll with crushed biscuits from my childhood made with a few ingredients, with a rum aroma and a preparation time of 10 minutes.
You can store it in the refrigerator for several days and enjoy the simple and rich taste at the same time.
It does not contain sugar, and honey is used as a sweetener.
Ingredients:
200 grams of biscuits of your choice
100 ml of milk
100 grams butter (at room temperature)
50 grams dark chocolate
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons dark rum (or rum extract)
beetroot powder for coating (or cocoa powder)
Preparation
Crush the biscuits into larger pieces. Add the butter, chocolate, cocoa powder and milk to a bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of boiling water and stir until all the ingredients are combined. Drain through a sieve and pour over the crushed biscuits.
Mix with a spoon to combine and transfer the mixture to foil. Using the foil, shape into a salami shape. Refrigerate for at least an hour to chill.
Before serving, dust with beetroot powder or cocoa powder. Store in foil in the fridge for several days.
