Biscuit kind of tart when you don’t have much time and want to make some healthy and scrumptious dessert for more servings. No baking, just preparing all ingredients and blending into blender.

Frozen forest blueberries are perfect at the top of this cake, but you can use blackberries or blueberries too.

Low in calorie if using no sugar biscuit.

Preparing and Blending

Clean dates from the bones and add into blender.
Break biscuits into smaller pieces and add in blender with dates with 2 tbsp of coconut oil.
One tablespoon of honey will make ingredients easier to combine. Blend all ingredients until compact mixture.
If you like more strong smelling mixture you can add one tablespoon of vanilla extract.
Transfer mixture in mold and deploy well. Then press well to get smooth surface.
Add to a fridge to tighten and start preparing the filling.

Peel tree medium avocados and add to blender, squeeze half lemon juice over them.
Lemon juice will preserve color of avocados and will help not to darken, in same time will give refreshing note of the filling. For nice sweetness add 2 tablespoons of honey and one tablespoon of coconut oil for smooth structure and shine.
Mix in blender all ingredients until smooth and combine.
When you are satisfied with the taste and smoothness of the filing, take the base from the fridge and surface nicely.
Decorate with frozen forest blackberries on the top.
Keep in the fridge covered or you can freeze.

Suggestion for this cake is to consume daily!
