Grilled pineapple plate can be festive and will bring refreshment to your daily table. Cooking of this recipe don’t requires much time and preparing into wok pan can make easier and faster. Soy Sauce and Sweet Chili Sauce will develop better flavors and make pork meat so delicious.

Juicy slices of pineapple, fresh peppers and zucchini need only few minutes to be ready before serving. In same time you can prepaire the rice and fill the plate on the bottom.

Preparation

Cut one pineapple in half. For two servings is enough one pineapple.
Clean every half from the inside and cut into pieces. Make two vessels and leave the aside.
Chopped into pieces one zucchini, one red and green pepper, and one onion.
Marinate a pork meat for 30 minutes with spices, salt and black pepper.
Add tree tbsp sweet chili sauce and tree tbsp of soy sauce, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes before cooking .
Until meat is marinated prepare 100 grams of rice. Clean the rice in tree cold waters and cook around 10 minutes.

Cooking in wok pan on olive oil

At high heat in wok pan add the onion for few seconds. When is transparent add peppers and zucchini and stir for some time. After 2 minutes when they are soft and juicy, transfer into plate and add the pork meat to cook for few minutes. When sauces stick to the meat, add smoked paprika and salt, depending of your flavor.
When the meat is ready add all vegetables and cook for one minute in the pan until all flavors combine.
Serve into grilled pineapple.

Grilling Pineapple and Serving

Add two half's on grill pan for one minute.
Fill with the rice and cover with the cooked meat and vegetable.
Topped with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
