Directions

A delicious roll made from crushed biscuits from my childhood, with a rich rum aroma, ready in just 10 minutes. Can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
Sweetened naturally with honey, this dessert is simple yet indulgent.
Ingredients
- 200 g biscuits of your choice
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g butter (at room temperature)
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp dark rum (or rum extract)
- Beetroot powder or cocoa powder for coating

Preparation
- Crush the biscuits into larger pieces.
- In a bowl, combine butter, chocolate, cocoa, and milk. Place the bowl over boiling water and stir until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture over the crushed biscuits and mix with a spoon.
- Transfer the mixture onto foil and shape into a salami. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, dust with beetroot or cocoa powder. Store wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for several days.
